The Snow Dog

Hello dog lovers, today we are gonna talk about the Siberian Husky. Huskies are absolutely beautiful dogs that are awesome pets to have. This breed originated in Siberia hence the name, Siberian Husky. They grow to be pretty big, medium sized. they have a heavy coat of hair which is why they do well in the arctic cold. They possess a lot of power and athleticism. This breed is not for everyone. They are very beautiful dogs, which attract many people to love them, but not everyone doesn't know the whole truth about owning them. They have several pros and cons. For one, they are very intelligent and independent dogs. They are very affectionate with people too so they are wonderful family pets. A con to note is that they are very difficult to train. They definitely need obedience training because they can be intolerant.

Since they are so big, they do not do well in apartment settings. Huskies need big open areas to run around and play. They need a lot of exercise because they are active working dogs. They are like minnie Harry Houdini's because they can escape practically everything. They can randomly disappear at times and wander to many places. They can jump fences, get out of collars, break out chains and other things. So when buying a husky, it is important to have a high, deep in the ground fence.
